Royal Reception XVI From London to Paris, June 2006

One of the highlights of my career came in 2006 assisting Director of Special Events Kim Robson at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa with Royal Reception 2006 - From London to Paris.  One of the finest event planners I've ever known, Kim produced an exceptional gala that I was just thrilled to be a part of.  The event extended over a full weekend with the first evening being "London" and the second evening being "Paris."  

From London to Paris  (from left) Tables alternated in cirque colors; A can-can girl mingled with guests; Welcome to the Moulin Rouge; Eiffel Tower centerpieces were accented with Spring floral; Banquet staff dressed in Parisian attire passed hors d'oeuvre; Director of Special Events Kim Robson and Stephanie Drew; Can-can dancers entertained onstage; a myriad of cirque performers enthralled the crowd; Earth Wind and Fire were the finale entertainment on Night 2; The tent ceiling was laced with stretch shapes and ornate frames; A garden setting created an intimate pre-function area; Marty Mundy, Harry Connick, Jr., Kim Robson, Stephanie Drew, Julia Krol, and Jon Robson; A towering structure adorned the Chateau Lobby.
