Fiesta Latina, May 2008 

Fiesta Latina  (from left) Cocktail table centerpieces included lemons, kiwi, and roses; Whole coffee beans were used as a base for this festive arrangement; Linen colors were aqua, red, and lime; Individual ceramic tiles were used to create the tabletop for the coffee station; a fruit display was enhanced with tiers of glass vases filled with aqua, lemon, and lime water; guests received margarita glasses filled with marzipan tropical fruit; the room took on a south-of-the-border feel with colorful palm columns.
