Drew Event Design, LLC is a full-service event planning company specializing in decor and design.  In other words, DED is the "interior designer" that sets the scene for corporate galas, social soirees, and more, creating "the look" of the event.  Along with the overall look, DED ties in the food, beverage, activities, and entertainment to complement the theme and goals of the event.   

Lead designer and owner Stephanie Drew has been ingrained in the event industry for more than 9 years.  She received her Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) designation in 2005 and holds a masters degree from the George Washington University where she graduated as valedictorian.  She serves on the board of directors for the Greater Charlotte Chapter of the International Special Events Society (ISES) and was president of the organization in 2007-08.  Her resume includes corporate galas, social soirees, PGA tournaments, press conferences, and charity events which have included such celebrities as Robin Williams, Harry Connick, Jr., Lionel Richie, David Tutera, and many others.  In 2008, she received the Events in Excellence (EVIE) Awards for Best Corporate Event, Best Event Decor, and Best Floral Design.  She was recently honored with the EVIE Awards for Best Event Design/Decor and Best Corporate Event.  She also devotes a portion of her time as an adjunct instructor in the Sports/Entertainment/Event Management Program at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC.
